The offering marks a strategic expansion for Austin-based Ironlight Markets, which specializes in the private placement of tokenized securities. Under the terms of the deal, FundBridge Capital maintains regulatory oversight of the fund, while Wellington Management Singapore serves as the sub-advisor responsible for day-to-day investment management. Libeara provides the underlying tokenization technology to ensure the fund operates within a compliant, on-chain framework.
Rob McGrath, CEO of Ironlight Group, described the move as a step toward integrating real-world assets into regulated digital markets. For Wellington, the partnership represents an effort to reach a broader investor base through standardized digital distribution channels. Interested parties must undergo eligibility verification through the Ironlight Portal, as the fund is offered exclusively to accredited investors under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D.
