The collaboration positions TELUS Digital as a primary implementation partner, tasked with integrating Parloa’s technology into enterprise environments across North America and Europe. While clients contract directly with Parloa for the platform, TELUS Digital provides the infrastructure support, including change management, systems integration, and ongoing managed services. This structure is designed to help businesses move high-volume, repetitive tasks—such as payments, bookings, and identity verification—to autonomous AI agents, freeing human staff for interactions requiring greater empathy or nuanced judgment.
Parloa’s platform distinguishes itself through its focus on "agentic" resolution, which aims to handle entire customer inquiries without the frequent hand-offs that frustrate consumers. The technology is built to satisfy stringent compliance mandates, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, and holds SAP's endorsed app premium certification. For TELUS Digital, this addition complements its existing proprietary Fuel iX suite, allowing the company to offer a more diverse toolkit for managing contact center operations. With a workforce of over 83,000 across 35 countries, TELUS Digital intends to leverage this partnership to help enterprises maintain service quality while managing rising call volumes.
