PSPINC and Saishunkan System Forge Cross-Border IT Partnership

A 25-year professional acquaintance has evolved into a formal joint venture between Bellevue-based Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. and Japan’s Saishunkan System. The firms are merging their respective technical expertise to provide enterprise-grade AI integration and software engineering tailored specifically for Japanese-owned companies operating within the United States.

The collaboration targets a specific gap in the market: the need for high-level technical discipline paired with local U.S. project management. By leveraging PSPINC’s nearly four decades of experience supporting small-to-enterprise businesses and Saishunkan System’s track record in large-scale corporate development, the partnership aims to modernize legacy systems and deploy custom AI solutions. This hybrid model provides bilingual support and cultural alignment, designed to bypass the common overhead costs and communication friction often associated with offshore development.

Kenichi Uchikura, founder and CEO of PSPINC, noted that Japanese firms in the U.S. require a level of IT reliability that mirrors their domestic operations. The partnership seeks to replicate that standard by anchoring complex engineering within a framework of local expertise. The history between the companies dates back to the late 1990s, when PSPINC assisted in the launch of one of Japan’s earliest interactive web platforms for Saishunkan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. These integrated engineering services are available for immediate engagement, with consultations now being coordinated through a dedicated portal.
