The company is simultaneously expanding its board of directors from five to seven members to reflect its new North American orientation. Alongside her appointment as co-CEO, Tam joins the board as an executive director. The restructuring also brings Yuli Yan on as an executive director and adds Dean Huge as an independent director.
With these changes, the North American region now accounts for 86% of the board's composition, cementing the U.S. as the firm's strategic focus. The remaining board seat is held by a U.K. citizen, marking a complete transition for the brokerage since its departure from Singapore.
