Haskins is no stranger to the association’s inner workings, having previously served on its Board of Governors and as vice chair of the Best Practices Work Group. Beyond his national involvement, he has held leadership roles within the Wisconsin and Florida state land title associations. His immediate agenda focuses on increasing member engagement and ensuring that individual perspectives help shape the industry’s broader approach to real estate protection.
ALTA CEO Chris Morton noted that the incoming president’s collaborative style will be critical as the sector navigates a changing landscape.
