Touchmark Bancshares Executive Addam Taussig Departs

Addam Taussig has stepped down as executive vice president and chief lending officer at Touchmark Bancshares, Inc., leaving an immediate leadership vacuum at the Alpharetta-based community bank. President and CEO Bobby Krimmel will absorb the departing executive’s responsibilities as the institution navigates its ongoing growth strategy across the Atlanta metropolitan area.

The transition follows years of steady expansion for the holding company of Touchmark National Bank, which reported total assets of $416 million as of June 30, 2026. Krimmel signaled no shift in the bank's core philosophy, emphasizing a commitment to relationship-based lending and local recruitment to maintain its position as an alternative to large-scale financial institutions.

Founded in 2008, the bank maintains a footprint across Cherokee, Cobb, Dekalb, Forsyth, Gwinnett, and North Fulton counties. With $72 million in shareholders' equity, the institution continues to prioritize its regional focus while managing the sudden change in its C-suite roster.
