Nyren is set to step into his new position following the release of the company's first-quarter financial report, expected by Dec. 10. He arrives from Aireon, where he previously guided the startup toward profitability. He succeeds Michael Bondi, who has held the finance chief post since 2018 and is departing as part of the broader restructuring tied to the $157.5 million divestiture announced in June.
Rothstein-Hovey, who began her tenure on Oct. 1, will transition into the chief legal officer and corporate secretary roles once the sale concludes. She brings experience from Nexxen International, where she served as chief legal officer and head of corporate development. She replaces Don Walther, who joined the firm in 2023 and will remain in his post through the closing of the deal to ensure continuity during the handover.
