The expansion in Lowell, Arkansas, marks a significant push toward the company’s target of 100 total locations. Plans for the newly acquired site include a Jimmy John’s, a full-service diner, and a dedicated bakery. This addition aims to serve both transient travelers and the local community with a diversified dining portfolio.
In Las Vegas, the company’s new Bojangles at the LINQ differentiates itself by integrating a full bar and live entertainment alongside the traditional menu. According to Jeanette Davis, the site is designed to shift the quick-service experience into an evening destination. This retail growth is supported by the new Southern Nevada headquarters, which officially opened its doors on October 6. Beyond administrative offices, the facility houses a culinary innovation center for staff development and a public-facing Starbucks.
Kris Roach, president and CEO, emphasized that these infrastructure investments align with the company’s broader mission to balance commercial growth with local community support. LV Petroleum, founded in 2014 by Guy Madmon and Val Amiel, currently manages a portfolio of 38 franchise brands, including Arby’s and Dunkin’, across its network of travel centers and convenience stores.
