The new issuance follows a successful debut that secured £14.15 million, which the firm deployed within a month of closing. Investors can participate with a minimum investment of £1,000, with bonds available in £100 denominations. The debt is expected to list on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market by late November 2026, offering semi-annual interest payments to retail and wholesale participants.

Proceeds from the offer will support a lending book that has expanded from £48 million in 2022 to £107 million. The issuer maintains a track record of full, timely payments on over £355 million in debt issued since 2017. Current loans are typically backed by first-ranking security over business assets or property, maintaining an asset coverage ratio of approximately 1.1x. Allia C&C is serving as the lead manager for the offer, which is scheduled to close on 23 November 2026.
