Rogers, who first joined the company’s board in 2004, steps into the role to replace Erik Hirsch. His tenure has been defined by his involvement in client relations and organizational development, providing him with deep institutional knowledge as he pivots to day-to-day operations. Delgado-Moreira, who has held the co-CEO title since the beginning of 2024, will continue to lead alongside him, while Rogers retains his position as chairman of the board.
Hirsch is transitioning to the newly created role of executive co-chairman. This shift follows his 25-year career at the firm, where he previously served in various capacities including chief investment officer and vice chairman. Hamilton Lane described the move as a natural evolution for Hirsch, whose influence on the firm’s trajectory remains central despite the change in his formal executive responsibilities.
