The company’s financial performance for the period ending June 30, 2026, was driven primarily by its employee management services, which saw a 122.3% revenue increase. This growth reflects a strategic pivot toward high-value corporate clients and the full-scale integration of the YouheHR business, which became a wholly owned subsidiary earlier this year. While gross profit climbed 31.7% to RMB169.2 million, the company’s gross margin tightened to 8.6% from 14.1%, a shift management attributed to the cost structure of its newly acquired operations and increased capital allocation toward research and development.
CEO Yunlei Wang emphasized that the company is moving beyond traditional talent services to build an integrated ecosystem. Central to this strategy are long-term partnerships, such as the ten-year collaboration with Anhui Thingo Intelligent Technology to develop AI-driven recruitment tools and intelligent agent solutions. These investments are designed to automate job matching and scale workforce delivery. With cash and cash equivalents standing at RMB130 million, Youlife is balancing this spending with a focus on operational efficiency to support its long-term objective of modernizing blue-collar labor infrastructure across China.
