With over 35 years of experience in the insurance sector, Rink has been a fixture at Harford Mutual since 2009, assuming his current executive role in 2021. His professional background includes driving the firm’s strategic expansion and community engagement initiatives. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he brings a history of regional volunteerism, having held leadership roles at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region, including terms as president and vice president. He also contributes to the Harford Family House through his committee work for their annual golf fundraiser.
