As of September 30, 2026, the fund manages roughly $168 million in assets, maintaining a portfolio anchored in collateralized loan obligations. The fund currently holds positions in 104 such obligations, representing an aggregate underlying loan value of $48.7 billion across 1,350 senior secured loans. Management is increasingly tilting toward what it terms "HALO" assets—real estate-backed credit characterized by physical durability and resistance to technological obsolescence.

Performance data for the fund's Class I shares indicates an 8.17% return since inception, with a 5.19% return over the past year. While the adviser has contractually limited operating expenses to 1.85% for Class I shares through January 2027, officials noted that these figures are subject to fluctuations based on underlying market conditions. The fund, which partners with Clearlake Capital Asset Management as a sub-advisor, remains structured as a closed-end interval vehicle, providing limited liquidity through periodic share repurchase offers.
