The latest certification cycle adds Peru to the company’s list of recognized regions, joining Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Spain, and the United States. According to CEO Dagan Kasavana, the achievement validates the firm's internal commitment to accountability and mutual respect. The certification process relies exclusively on employee sentiment, measuring how consistently staff experience a high-trust environment across different countries and cultures.

Chief People Officer Marcella Barry noted that the global recognition serves as a reminder to prioritize employee growth and well-being as the company expands its portfolio. Currently, Phoenix Tower International manages over 33,000 wireless sites across 24 markets. By maintaining its "We love who we are. We love what we do" philosophy, the organization aims to sustain its collaborative environment while scaling its infrastructure footprint throughout the Americas and Europe.
