Grover arrives at the exchange operator following a 29-year tenure at PNC Financial Services Group, where she most recently served as executive vice president. During her time at PNC, she managed HR business partner teams supporting a workforce of approximately 55,000 employees and directed enterprise-wide talent acquisition and development initiatives.

At Cboe, Grover will oversee the global human resources function, focusing on the recruitment and retention of high-level talent to support the company’s ongoing expansion. CEO Craig Donohue emphasized that Grover’s background in building organizational capabilities will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture as the firm pursues new growth opportunities in derivatives and global market trading.
