Beyond the leadership shift, the firm is expanding its technical footprint by launching its own validator on the BNB Chain. While the company will retain governance over the node, it intends to hire a specialized infrastructure provider to manage the underlying technical operations. Odagiu will maintain his seat on the board of directors as he steps into his permanent role.
