Stutz previously served as the company’s chief operating officer, a role he held since September 2025. He stepped into the interim leadership position following the retirement of Andi Owen, who had led the organization since August 2018.
Under the terms of his permanent appointment, Stutz will receive an annual base salary of $1 million. His compensation package also includes an annual performance bonus with a target set at 125% of his base pay.
