FICO Pricing Stalls Shares as Rent the Runway and Melar Surge

Fair Isaac opted to maintain its $10 pricing for the FICO score bundle used by mortgage lenders, a move that prompted a 6.8% sell-off and pulled shares down to $759.97. The stability in pricing failed to satisfy market expectations following the announcement.

Elsewhere, appetite for Rent the Runway spiked after three investors revealed they had increased their stakes in the company, driving the stock to $3.20. Simultaneously, Melar Acquisition I confirmed that shareholders officially approved the business combination with Everli Global. This regulatory filing triggered a massive 73% rally, pushing the stock price to $19.
