The company’s newly allowed patent, U.S. No. 18/328,438, targets the fundamental vulnerability of current security systems that rely on static matching. Instead of comparing a user against a database—which remains susceptible to deepfake injection—the IC-Corp model focuses on continuous, localized authentication. By keeping verification on the user's hardware, the firm aims to eliminate the risk of massive data breaches while ensuring the entity on the other end of a digital connection remains the expected individual.
IC-Corp plans to detail the mechanics of its 1TrueU system during a virtual presentation on November 12, 2026. The approach, which draws conceptual inspiration from the free energy principle championed by neuroscientist Karl Friston, treats identity as a predictive process rather than a static check. With twelve additional provisional patents filed in October and pilot testing scheduled for early 2027, the company is positioning its decentralized infrastructure as a necessary evolution in the age of generative AI.
