The Japanese semiconductor equipment manufacturer saw its revenue expand to 3.80 billion yen, a significant jump from the 2.63 billion yen reported in 2025. This top-line growth translated into robust operational gains, as operating profit surged to 741 million yen, far outpacing the 191 million yen recorded previously.
Pretax profit reached 861 million yen, compared to 304 million yen in the prior year. Reflecting this improved bottom line, earnings per share rose to 128.88 yen from 39.55 yen. These results, which align with Japanese accounting standards, underscore a period of intensified production efficiency for the Tokyo-listed firm.
