The Tokyo-based manufacturer recorded revenue of 317.39 billion yen, up from 309.23 billion yen in 2025. However, this growth failed to translate into bottom-line success as rising costs weighed on margins. Operating profit dropped to 29.33 billion yen, down from 33.70 billion yen, while pretax profit slipped to 30.53 billion yen compared to the previous year’s 34.50 billion yen.
Earnings per share also reflected the downward trend, settling at 106.04 yen compared to 124.05 yen previously. These figures, prepared under Japanese accounting standards, highlight a challenging half-year for the group as the company balances increased market activity against a tighter profit environment.
