MDS of Michigan reported approximately $19 million in sales for the twelve-month period ending October 31, with adjusted EBITDA reaching $1.6 million. While financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, the move aligns with DXP’s ongoing efforts to scale its regional operations through targeted bolt-on acquisitions.
Chief Financial Officer Kent Yee noted that the acquisition strengthens DXP’s market position by bridging gaps in its current distribution network. Beyond the logistical expansion, the company intends to leverage existing customer and supplier relationships established by the Michigan firm to drive future growth in the region.
