Valentine, who has occupied the financial helm since 2018, plans to officially vacate the position on Dec. 1. His successor, Varghese, joins the firm after serving as senior vice president and group controller at automotive supplier Marelli.
This shift arrives as Concentrix recalibrates its business strategy. The company, which provides call center operations and artificial intelligence services, recently acquired CastleHill Managed Risk Solutions to bolster its compliance portfolio. The leadership transition coincides with a period of tempered growth, as the firm reported $2.45 billion in revenue for the third quarter ended Aug. 31, a 1.2% decline compared to the previous year.
