The company reported quarterly revenue of $1.44 billion, surpassing analyst projections of $1.42 billion. While organic growth accounted for a steady 7.6% increase, the integration of SPX FLOW served as the primary engine, contributing 35 points to the top-line expansion. Profitability took a hit compared to the $126.9 million reported in the same period last year, a decline management directly linked to costs incurred during the SPX FLOW takeover.
Investors responded to the adjusted earnings figure of $2.26 per share, which sailed past the $2.08 consensus estimate. Bolstered by these results, ITT now expects full-year revenue growth between 41% and 43%, with adjusted earnings projected to land in the $8.54 to $8.62 range. This marks a notable uptick from previous forecasts. Additionally, the company raised its free cash flow outlook to a range of $600 million to $620 million, signaling confidence in its operational momentum through the end of the year.
