Triple Flag confirmed on Thursday that Steppe Gold fulfilled its outstanding obligations, delivering 1,650 ounces of gold tied to a prepay facility, an additional 500-ounce amendment fee, and a final bulk sum of 1,946 ounces of gold alongside 15,618 ounces of silver. This resolution clears the company’s ledger of all previous delivery failures.
The amended agreement establishes a predictable flow of 34,770 ounces of gold to be delivered in fixed increments over ten years, starting in the third quarter of 2026. Because these future shipments require no additional payments, Triple Flag has lifted its 2026 production outlook to a range of 100,000 to 110,000 gold-equivalent ounces. Once the decade-long delivery window concludes in 2036, the arrangement transitions into a permanent 1.5% royalty on the ATO mine’s quarterly gold output, capped at 500 ounces per quarter.
