The company’s rise in the professional tool sector rests on a foundation of aggressive in-house research and development. DongCheng has secured over 120 patents specifically for angle grinders, creating a technical barrier that emphasizes safety, battery efficiency, and ergonomic design. These tools are engineered to handle the rigors of industrial and residential construction, featuring ternary lithium battery systems that support more than 300 charge cycles.

Gu Jiacheng, the company’s Deputy General Manager, attributes this sustained market success to a commitment to core technological breakthroughs rather than mere assembly. By producing key components internally, the firm has achieved a cost structure that allows for competitive pricing without sacrificing build quality or performance standards.

DongCheng currently operates a distribution network spanning more than 80 countries, supported by over 10,000 branded retail displays. This infrastructure, combined with a strategy of mass production, has enabled the brand to scale rapidly across diverse international markets. Moving forward, the company intends to increase its R&D investment to focus on smarter, more durable power tool solutions for global users.
