The compromised data includes names, addresses, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers, alongside specific medical treatment histories and health insurance details. Officials suggest the stolen information may already be circulating on the dark web, leaving affected individuals vulnerable to fraudulent activity.

Wolf Haldenstein is currently soliciting contact information from impacted parties to assess potential litigation and legal recourse. Those who have received official notification of the breach are encouraged to contact the firm at (800) 575-0735 or via email at gstone@whafh.com to discuss their rights. The firm, which maintains offices in New York, Chicago, Nashville, and San Diego, specializes in consumer rights litigation and has been appointed to leadership roles in numerous complex class-action cases nationwide.
