By utilizing fileAI’s proprietary agents, the project aims to convert physical and legacy digital records into structured knowledge assets. This process involves high-fidelity digitization, automated extraction of key contractual terms, and the creation of a centralized repository to facilitate risk insights and renewal forecasting.

Managing Director of JRE VENTURES, Junichi Eto, noted that the technology addresses a critical need for efficiency and resilience in enterprise data management. To support this expansion, fileAI is actively recruiting a local team in Tokyo, with plans to build out sales, engineering, and customer success functions to navigate the Japanese enterprise landscape.
