The platform anchors its security in an escrow-based payment system, holding buyer funds until the ticket is successfully delivered and verified. This mechanism addresses the frequent issue of sellers vanishing after receiving payment. Beyond simple mediation, the company offers full refunds for officially canceled events and an optional protection plan that reimburses customers if they are denied entry at a venue.
Payment friction is further reduced by supporting international methods including PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay, bypassing the need for local currency exchanges. Since its recent rollout, the service has drawn over 2,000 registrations from 69 countries, with particularly strong interest from Japan, China, the United States, Indonesia, and Singapore. With multilingual support in English, Japanese, and Chinese, the platform aims to formalize the secondary ticket market for K-pop tourism.
