The first nomination honors the company’s Critical Insights AI, a cloud-native extension of the NexLog DX-Series recorders. This system automates quality assurance, protocol compliance, and operational reporting for agencies ranging from public safety call centers to campus security teams. By integrating these tools, Eventide aims to streamline complex data analysis in high-pressure environments.

A second nomination recognizes a collaborative effort with Softil, focusing on a next-generation Mission-Critical Push-to-Talk (MCPTT) recording solution. This project utilizes Softil’s BEEHD technology—a 3GPP-compliant software development kit—to ensure seamless connectivity with global MCX service providers. The combined platform is designed to sharpen situational awareness and improve the efficiency of call research and training for emergency responders.

Ashwin Dinkar, Vice President of Defense and International Business at Eventide, noted that these nominations reflect a commitment to reducing operational workloads. Sagi Subocki, Vice President of Products and Marketing at Softil, added that the partnership underscores the industry’s growing demand for interoperable, standards-based recording tools. Winners will be revealed on June 16 at the De Vere Grand Connaught in London, coinciding with the Critical Communications World exhibition.
