Investors Target Roblox in Securities Fraud Class Action

Investors who purchased Roblox Corporation common stock between October 30, 2025, and April 30, 2026, are being urged to join a pending class action lawsuit. Rosen Law Firm, which initiated the litigation, claims the company misled shareholders regarding its true organic growth potential during the specified period.

The complaint alleges that Roblox executives issued overly optimistic statements while concealing material adverse facts. Specifically, the lawsuit points to an undisclosed slowdown in growth rates linked to the company's age verification rollout. According to the filing, this process tapered off, negatively impacting on-platform communication and leading to lower app store ratings. Plaintiffs contend these developments were kept from the market, resulting in financial damages for shareholders when the reality of the platform’s performance finally surfaced.

Investors wishing to serve as lead plaintiff in the ongoing litigation must file a motion with the court by August 7, 2026. While the lawsuit has been filed, no class has been certified yet. Shareholders are not required to take action to remain eligible for potential future recoveries, but they may choose to retain their own counsel or participate as an absent class member. Rosen Law Firm is currently managing inquiries regarding the case through its New York office, offering representation on a contingency fee basis.
