Moneta Hires Industry Veteran Julie Harrington to Lead National Growth

With over $50 billion in assets under management, St. Louis-based Moneta is doubling down on its expansion strategy by appointing Julie Harrington as Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives. The newly created role aims to bolster the firm’s national footprint and refine its approach to advisor recruitment and strategic partnerships.

Harrington arrives at Moneta following a tenure as Managing Director for the Enterprise Group at Schwab, where she specialized in strategic planning and business development for advisory firms. Her mandate involves identifying new growth channels and enhancing the firm's appeal to independent advisors. CEO Eric Kittner highlighted the move as a critical step in maintaining the firm's trajectory as it navigates industry-wide shifts in client expectations and advisor succession.

Moneta has maintained a rapid growth pace since launching its national expansion in 2019, opening offices in cities including Denver, Chicago, and Boston. The firm’s assets have surged from $14.5 billion in 2015 to more than $50.54 billion by the end of 2025. By focusing on partner ownership rather than private equity, the firm seeks to differentiate its platform as it scales, with Harrington tasked to translate that culture into broader market influence.
