This change targets spontaneous planners who previously defaulted to hotel rooms because full-home rentals were inaccessible.

To facilitate this speed without compromising security, the company implemented real-time fraud screening for every transaction. CEO Ben Jamshahi noted that the infrastructure was designed to eliminate the historical friction that kept vacation rentals off the table for same-day travelers. The feature is live on select properties, positioning the platform to capture demand from those finalizing lodging plans only hours before arrival.
