Jeremy Branning brings 25 years of trial experience to the firm, having represented clients in state and federal courts from Key West to Pensacola. His practice is particularly notable for its focus on the healthcare sector, where he counsels physicians and medical groups on corporate compliance, liability, and inter-owner disputes. Beyond healthcare, Branning’s background spans aviation, maritime, and pharmaceutical litigation, supported by an active appellate practice.

Jake Barnes joins the team with a strong foundation in federal judicial procedure, having completed two years as a clerk for Judge M. Casey Rodgers in the Northern District of Florida and one year with Judge Robert J. Luck at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. His current practice covers a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contract matters, products liability, and real estate litigation across Florida and Alabama. Managing partner Bill Hines noted that the combined expertise of Branning and Barnes will be instrumental in supporting clients navigating the region's increasingly complex legal landscape.
