This expansion marks a strategic shift for the Indianapolis-based hospitality company, which has built a reputation for high-end sports event services nationwide. The new Orchard Park venue will feature climate-controlled spaces, top-shelf bar service, and live entertainment, providing a turnkey alternative to traditional parking-lot gatherings. According to Jason Hartlund, Chief Commercial Officer of the Buffalo Bills, the collaboration is designed to elevate the fan experience at the newly constructed stadium.
The culinary program will lean into local culinary traditions, offering a rotating menu that includes regional specialties alongside traditional game-day staples like smokehouse selections and premium grilled items. Kyle Kinnett, CEO of Bullseye Event Group, noted that the project is intended to mirror the passion of the local supporters by removing the logistical friction often associated with stadium tailgating. Tickets for the 2026 regular season are now available, with the venue also supporting broader hospitality packages for major league events.
