The platform, which currently serves more than 500,000 end users across Pilates studios, dance academies, and martial arts schools, plans to channel the new capital into two primary pillars: artificial intelligence and embedded financial services. Co-founder and CEO Serene Lim noted that many operators remain hindered by disconnected systems for bookings, payments, and marketing. Vibefam seeks to consolidate these fragmented functions into one ecosystem that works as hard as the business owners themselves.
Central to this expansion is the July 2026 launch of Vibe AI, a messaging-native engagement tool designed to handle customer inquiries and class bookings through natural conversation. Beyond automation, the company is integrating financial services directly into its dashboard. By utilizing existing operational data, Vibefam intends to provide gyms with faster access to growth capital for equipment purchases and hiring, bypassing the traditional hurdles of extensive paperwork and long approval windows.
