Collins, who joined Hub in 2017, currently serves as the President and CEO of Hub Northeast. His tenure has been marked by aggressive organic growth, successful acquisitions, and the integration of AI tools designed to sharpen producer insights. In his new expanded capacity, he will oversee operations spanning New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Charles Brophy, Regional President of Hub U.S. East, noted that the move is intended to capitalize on the synergy between the two regions. Collins brings over 29 years of industry experience to the role, including previous leadership positions at other national brokerage firms. He holds a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation and serves on the board of the Cox School of Business Alumni Association at Southern Methodist University.
