His mandate involves aligning sales, operations, and pricing to ensure the firm scales its service network without compromising on reliability. According to the company, his focus will remain on securing long-term partnerships that leverage their existing chassis fleet and proprietary tech stack.

"The focus is on bringing in the right business, executing well, and scaling in a way that supports the network," Smith said regarding his new appointment. The Seabrook-based firm operates across major U.S. hubs, including Houston, Savannah, and Baltimore, providing intermodal and container drayage services to inland and port markets.
