AIIR Partners with Swan Associates to Target Northeast HVAC Market

Dallas-based AIIR Intelligent HVAC is expanding its reach into Connecticut and Western Massachusetts through a strategic partnership with Swan Associates. The collaboration aims to deploy AI-driven, high-efficiency heat pump technology across hospitality, multifamily, and student housing developments throughout the region’s high-cost utility markets.

The agreement integrates AIIR’s compact 8K and 12K BTU heat pump units into the existing portfolio of Swan Associates, a family-owned firm with over 50 years of regional experience. By combining AIIR’s machine-learning-based climate control with Swan’s local sales, installation, and maintenance infrastructure, the companies intend to help property owners lower operating costs while meeting strict energy-efficiency standards.

AIIR’s hardware currently holds both AHRI certification and NEEP cold-climate designation, a critical requirement for securing utility incentives in the Northeast. Trevor Schick, CEO of AIIR Holdings, noted that the partnership leverages Swan’s deep-rooted industry relationships to place high-efficiency technology in markets where energy costs are most burdensome for operators. Kevin Swan, president of the representative firm, added that the addition of AI-powered systems allows his team to provide more advanced solutions to their existing client base, ranging from senior housing to student living facilities.
