This growth in top-line figures translated into stronger margins across the board. Operating profit rose to 760 million yen, compared to 449 million yen a year earlier, while pretax profit reached 761 million yen against 445 million yen previously.
Shareholders saw a corresponding boost in value as earnings per share climbed to 98.95 yen, up from 53.07 yen in the prior fiscal year. These figures reflect the company's improved operational efficiency throughout the twelve-month cycle ending this spring.
