The Dublin-based company, which is currently navigating the SEC review process for a Nasdaq listing, aims to gain tighter control over customer relationships and product deployment. By terminating existing licensing agreements for Davion BreastCheck, the firm is pivoting toward a structure where it transacts directly with regional partners. This shift is intended to create a scalable platform that supports not only current products like Davion FootFlow and Davion ThermaDerm but also future acquisitions.
Solar Medical will function as the company’s primary distribution hub in the United Kingdom. CEO Jack Kaye stated that this transition marks a departure from reliance on individual licensing deals, allowing the firm to build an owned operating capability. While the UK market will be managed internally, Davion plans to appoint hand-picked regional distribution partners elsewhere to facilitate international expansion.
