Hexagon Composites Finalizes Subsequent Offering

Hexagon Composites ASA has concluded its subsequent share offering, successfully raising capital through the issuance of 12,691,260 new shares. The subscription period, which closed on June 19, saw the company reach its target allocation following a board-led process to distribute shares to existing investors and over-subscribers.

The offering, priced at NOK 8.00 per share, saw 9,086,310 shares allocated based on exercised subscription rights, with an additional 3,604,950 shares distributed to participants who opted for over-subscription. These shares were issued under authorization granted during the company’s annual general meeting held on June 4, 2026.

Subscribers should expect notification of their specific allocations today, June 22. Payment for the new shares is due by June 24, requiring investors to ensure sufficient funds are available in their accounts by June 23. Following payment, the company anticipates that the capital increase will be registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on or about July 1, at which point the shares are expected to become tradeable on Euronext Oslo Børs.
