Valens Semiconductor Appoints Karine Pinto-Flomenboim as CFO

Karine Pinto-Flomenboim will take over as Chief Financial Officer of Valens Semiconductor on August 9, 2026, marking a transition in the company’s financial leadership. She replaces outgoing CFO Guy Nathanzon, who concludes his tenure on July 13, 2026, with Yael Rozenberg serving as interim lead in the interim period.

Pinto-Flomenboim brings over 25 years of financial experience to the Hod Hasharon-based semiconductor firm. Her career includes executive roles at Arbe Robotics, TIBA Parking Systems, and significant tenures at industry giants including Intel and Applied Materials. CEO Yoram Salinger emphasized that her background in capital markets and global operations will support the company’s 2026 strategic goals and its focus on AI-driven applications.

During the transition, Yael Rozenberg, the company’s VP of Finance, will manage fiscal operations. Pinto-Flomenboim expressed her intention to focus on driving financial excellence and long-term shareholder value as the company scales its high-performance connectivity business.
