XTM International Claims Innovator of the Year Award in Dublin

On June 11, XTM International secured the 2026 Innovator of the Year – Europe title at the LocWorld Process Innovation Challenge. The winning entry, XTM Go, addresses a persistent blind spot in corporate localization: the vast amount of translation occurring outside official, governed channels. Rather than forcing users to navigate complex configurations, the platform analyzes incoming content by risk, intent, and complexity. It then self-optimizes, routing routine tasks to AI for rapid turnaround while escalating sensitive documents to human-assisted workflows.

This approach ensures that approved translations are reused for consistency while maintaining file structures. By removing friction, the system encourages employees to funnel translation requests through a secure, governed gateway. CEO Lorcan Malone noted that the recognition validates the company’s focus on challenging industry standards, highlighting the shift toward automated systems that enterprises can trust. The Process Innovation Challenge, which hosted over 300 professionals in Dublin, serves as a rigorous peer-judged forum, signaling a market-wide appetite for more structured, AI-driven localization alternatives.
