Esche’s arrival follows a career defined by navigating complex organizational shifts and technical integration. At Mitsubishi HC Capital America, she spearheaded the centralization of legal functions and the implementation of eBilling and matter management systems. Her tenure there focused on unifying template processes across disparate financial origination systems, providing her with direct experience in the contract lifecycle challenges Agiloft’s software aims to resolve.

Prior to her role at Mitsubishi, Esche spent over ten years at Deere & Company. Her work there spanned SEC reporting and corporate governance before she shifted to Associate Chief Counsel for Product & Innovation at John Deere Financial. During that time, she managed the legal complexities of a transition to agile product development and helped establish the company's internal AI governance working group. Agiloft CEO Eric Laughlin noted that Esche’s history as a practitioner who has grappled with the same issues their clients face will be instrumental in shaping the company’s internal legal strategy and product development.
