The system streamlines complex corporate environments by supporting up to 10 synced hubs for larger gatherings. Users join sessions by scanning a QR code or clicking a link, which grants them access to translated audio and live text on their own devices. Presenters can broadcast real-time subtitles in up to five languages by connecting their computers to the hub, a feature designed for keynotes and international training sessions.
Founder and CEO Leal Tian noted that the device is intended to remove the friction of language barriers in professional settings, allowing global teams to collaborate as easily as joining a standard video call. Beyond large meetings, the X1 functions as a versatile tool for one-on-one calls and handheld translation. To address privacy concerns, the hub features 32GB of local storage, keeping sensitive transcripts off the cloud and accessible only via direct USB-C export. The $849 package includes the hub, dedicated noise-reducing earbuds, and charging accessories, with volume pricing available for enterprise clients.
