Mason brings a background in managing finance organizations across complex, global business environments. According to CEO Arun Mohan, her mandate includes steering the company’s capital strategy and navigating mergers and acquisitions as the firm expands its production of medical device components and finished assemblies. She will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, ranging from treasury and tax functions to audit and financial reporting.

Biomerics currently serves 20 of the world’s top 30 medical device OEMs, operating 12 facilities across the United States, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. Mason joins the leadership team to partner on disciplined execution, aiming to strengthen the company’s financial infrastructure while it continues to support its engineering-focused manufacturing services.
