Mexico-based silver producer Sinda plans to raise capital through an initial public offering of 17.75 million shares, priced between $11.25 and $13.25 apiece. The move positions the company for a market valuation nearing $2 billion, with shares slated to debut on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SIND.

At the $12.25 midpoint of the offering range, the company expects to generate net proceeds of $293.4 million. This figure could climb to $325.7 million should underwriters exercise their option to purchase an additional 2.66 million shares. The offering includes a strategic boost from London-listed miner Fresnillo, which has committed to a concurrent investment of up to $110 million to secure a 5% stake in the business.

Following the completion of the IPO and the private placement, Sinda will have approximately 159.6 million shares outstanding. This capitalization structure reflects the company's aggressive expansion strategy within the precious metals sector, leveraging both public market interest and established industry partnerships to solidify its footprint.
