Manning, who has spent nearly a decade at the firm, will transition into his new role after serving as a cornerstone of the agency’s media relations and internal operations. CEO Joseph Kuo credited Manning with building the trusted industry relationships that have fueled the firm’s growth since its inception. In this expanded capacity, Manning will oversee broader engagement initiatives and advise on high-level messaging for the firm’s national client base of RIAs and wealthtech platforms.

Grant Cox joins the team following a tenure as Head of Marketing Communications at Atria Wealth Solutions, where he managed messaging for significant acquisitions and the company’s sale to LPL Financial. Bringing over 20 years of experience, Cox is tasked with advancing executive thought leadership and refining communications strategies for Haven Tower’s portfolio. According to President Michael Dugan, the dual appointment signals a long-term commitment to retaining seasoned professionals capable of navigating the increasingly complex media landscape for wealth management enterprises.
