Sasser arrives at the helm of operations having previously served as regional vice president for both the Atlantic and North regions. His tenure at the company began in 2018, following a 34-year career at a major MEP firm. He now takes responsibility for the company's nationwide contracting services in the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

Blair moves into his executive role after serving as senior vice president of innovation and strategy since 2022. His history with the firm includes previous stints as a corporate development adviser and regional vice president. Both appointments are scheduled to take effect concurrently at the start of July.
